INTRODUCING MR. ARCHULETA M.S.
Mr. Will Archuleta, M.S. is a practicum doctoral student who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults to facilitate positive and lasting change utilizing both psychotherapy and assessment. Mr. Archuleta deeply values the importance of relationships, with a focus on fostering a strong therapeutic bond for which therapeutic change may occur. Mr. Archuleta adopts a non-judgmental and holistic therapeutic approach, drawing from interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and developmental frameworks to address each client’s individual and context-dependent needs. Mr. Archuleta’s interests and experience include developmental/complex trauma, anxiety, identity development, interpersonal/relational concerns, and depression.
Education and Career Background
Mr. Will Archuleta, M.S. is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in counseling psychology at the University of North Texas (UNT) with a specialty focus on child and family psychology. He completed his undergraduate degree at UNT where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Music. Mr. Archuleta has experience in community mental health and university counseling settings, providing a variety of psychological services, including individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults, family therapy, and comprehensive psychological assessments, to a diverse range of client concerns and populations. As a practicum student clinician, Mr. Archuleta will be providing services under the supervision of Dr. Roger Giovino.
